For Domestic orders within the USA please allow up to 10 Days on your delivery. We estimate delivery between 3 – 10 days via USPS.
For international orders we ship with DHL and USPS, please allow 5-15 days for your delivery.
Tracking numbers are provided.
Exchanges & Returns:
We allow up to 15 days for your product to be exchanged for another size or style. We accept returns 7 days upon delivery of your item. Please click on the links below to learn more.

We endeavour to operate a 3-7 day turnaround time on all orders placed via the NATALIECHAPMAN.com.au website, from the day of purchase.
International orders may take longer therefore we will give an estimated time upon making your order.

For a quick return process please follow the return policy:
Return the garment or garments into the supplied return satchel. Fill out the returns form from the SHOP website.
Download and print the return form and place in satchel to return the garment.
All accepted returns refunds are applied to the original card or account of purchase. Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This can vary greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
We offer 7 days within delivery to exchange your order. The product must be returned in the original packaging.
You can exchange the product for another size or a different style.
